Return & Withdrawal Policy

At Maison Jordan Thomas, your satisfaction is our top priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw and return it under the conditions detailed below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.

Exceptions:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must not have been opened, used, or damaged

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, intact and complete

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

3. Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a request by email to info@maisonjordanthomas.com including:

    • your order number

    • the reference(s) of the product(s) you wish to return

    • the reason for the return (optional)

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions

  3. Send the product(s) to the provided address in protective packaging

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

5. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you will receive a confirmation email.
If the return meets the conditions, a refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method.

Refunds apply only to the returned item(s), excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to an error or defect).

6. Defective Product or Order Error

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product:

  • Contact our customer service within 72 hours of receipt at info@maisonjordanthomas.com

  • Include a photo of the product and your order number

  • We will cover the return costs and arrange either a replacement or a full refund
