At Maison Jordan Thomas, we are committed to ensuring fast, reliable, and secure delivery of your hair care products.

1. Delivery Zones

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Mainland France

  • The European Union (optional if applicable)

  • French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) (if applicable – to be specified)

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), subject to product availability.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery is free within mainland France for orders of €45 or more.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow the progress of your order in real time.

6. Undelivered or Problematic Orders

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, or if you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 72 hours of the delivery date at:

We will open an inquiry with the carrier and offer a swift solution.

7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Package

In the case of an incomplete or incorrect address, or if a package is returned to us due to non-collection, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
