The following terms and conditions govern all sales made on the website https://maisonjordanthomas.com, operated by Maison Jordan Thomas, a sole proprietorship registered with the RCS of Quimper under number 93778012000013, with its registered office at:
1 Fry Quemper, Quemper-Guezennec, 22260, France.

Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of both parties in connection with the online sale of hair care products (shampoos, treatments, styling products, etc.) offered by Maison Jordan Thomas.

Article 2 – Products

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page (description, price, ingredients, etc.). Product photos are for illustration purposes only and are not contractually binding.

Products are offered while stocks last. In case of unavailability, Maison Jordan Thomas will inform the buyer as soon as possible.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery fees.

maisonjordanthomas.com reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 – Orders

An order is considered final once the terms and conditions are accepted and payment is confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer.

Maison Jordan Thomas reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due at the time of the order. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site via a secure payment platform.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of the order. Delivery times are indicated during the checkout process. Delays do not entitle the buyer to compensation.

In the case of damaged parcels, the buyer must notify the carrier immediately and may refuse delivery if necessary.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify the decision or pay penalties.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return, for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code).

Any claim related to a defect must be sent to info@maisonjordanthomas.com with supporting documentation (photos, description, etc.).

Article 9 – Liability

Maison Jordan Thomas shall not be held liable for any failure to perform the contract due to force majeure (strike, fire, flood, etc.) or service disruptions caused by postal services or carriers.
